- 1 c. cocoa
- 1 lb. margarine (Ms. Filberts)
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 4 boxes powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 c. nuts, chopped (I use pecans)
Directions

1Cut cheese and butter up in saucepan; place over low heat until melted.

2Place sugar and cocoa in large bowl; stir together. Pour melted cheese and butter over sugar.

3Add vanilla and nuts. Mix well with wooden spoon.

4Pour into large pan; chill 1 hour and cut into squares.

5(I use large jelly roll pan.)

6Store in airtight container.
