Ingredients

  • 1 c. cocoa
  • 1 lb. margarine (Ms. Filberts)
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 4 boxes powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. nuts, chopped (I use pecans)

Directions

    Cut cheese and butter up in saucepan; place over low heat until melted.

    Place sugar and cocoa in large bowl; stir together. Pour melted cheese and butter over sugar.

    Add vanilla and nuts. Mix well with wooden spoon.

    Pour into large pan; chill 1 hour and cut into squares.

    (I use large jelly roll pan.)

    Store in airtight container.
