Easy Garlic Chicken

- 1 head Garlic, Cloves Separated
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Salt And Pepper
- 3/4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1/4 cups White Wine
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Spicy Brown Mustard
- 2- 1/2 teaspoons Flour
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- Chives Or Scallion Greens For Garnish
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2Lightly smash garlic cloves with the side of a large knife to loosen the skins.

3Peel the cloves, cutting large cloves in half.

4Heat the olive oil in a cast iron (or other oven-safe) skillet over medium-high heat.

5Add the garlic and cook until it begins to brown, about 2 minutes.

6Remove from pan and set aside.

7Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

8Add chicken to the pan and cook until browned on one side, about 4 minutes.

9Turn the chicken.

10Whisk together the chicken broth, wine, mustards, flour and 1/4 teaspoon of salt until smooth.

11Return the garlic cloves to the pan and pour in the wine mixture.

12Move pan to the oven and cook for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should be 165 degrees F).

13Whisk the sauce briefly to smooth out any lumps.

14Serve the chicken sprinkled with chives or scallion greens.

15Drizzle sauce over the chicken.
