- 2 lbs large shrimp
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 4 drops hot sauce
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- pepper, to taste
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in glass dish.

2Marinate 2 hours at room temperature.

3Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 3 minutes.
