Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 12 red onion, minced (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 -2 serrano chili, stems and seeds removed, minced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh limes or 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 12 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 dash of freshly grated black pepper
- 12 ripe tomatoes, seeds and pulp removed, chopped
Directions

1Cut avocados in half.

2Remove seed.

3Scoop out avacado and put in a mixing bowl.

4Mash the avocado.

5Add the chopped onion, cilantro, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mash some more.

6Chili peppers vary individually in their hotness.

7Add seeds into mixture for increased spicyness.

8Keep the tomatoes separate until ready to serve.

9Cover with plastic wrap.

10Place avacado seed in guacamole to prevent browning.

11Refrigerate until ready.

12Before serving, add the chopped tomato to the guacamole and mix.
