  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough
  • 2 or 3 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese (fresh)
  • 1 Tbsp. minced marjoram (1/2 tsp. dried)
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill
  • 1/8 tsp. dried rosemary

Directions

    Thaw bread dough and divide into 12 pieces.

    Mix garlic in butter in a small bowl and mix cheese and herbs in another bowl. Dip pieces of dough in garlic mix, then in cheese mix and place in a 12-cup Bundt pan.

    Cover lightly and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.

    Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 350° oven until crust is golden and bread sounds hollow when tapped.

    Serve warm.
