Easy Kalua Pork

  • I fresh pork butt, about 5 pounds
  • Outer leaves of green cabbage, 5-6
  • 1 T. salt
  • 3 T. Liquid smoke, Mesquite preferred
  • 2 sheets of heavy aluminum foil, seamed together and large enough to wrap pork.
