- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 1 jar Ragu sauce
- 12 oz. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 large box lasagna noodles
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef with onion, then add Ragu sauce and simmer. Mix in medium bowl 12 ounces cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons parsley and 1 teaspoon pepper.

2Set aside.

3Layer small amount meat mixture, dry noodles, cottage cheese mixture and Mozzarella cheese, starting and ending with meat sauce.

4Pour 1 cup water over all and bake.

5Can be assembled day ahead and refrigerated.

6Allow an extra 15 minutes baking time.
