- 1 (17 oz.) can apricot halves, drained
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 3 lb. chicken wings, separated at joints
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except wings, in blender.

2Blend until smooth.

3Place chicken wings on rack in shallow baking pan. Brush with apricot sauce.

4Bake in 425° oven for 30 minutes, basting with sauce every 15 minutes.
