Easy mushroom spinach quiche

  • 1 9 inch pie crust
  • 2 cup spinch
  • 2 garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 ground black pepper
  • 1 salt
  • 1/2 whole milk
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 2 cup grated cheese(any)i used mixed
  • 1 tsp olive oil

    Preheat oven to 350

    Heat a pan.

    Add olive oil.

    Add garlic.

    Let it fry for a minute.

    Add onions and saute for couple of minutes.

    Add mushrooms, a dash of salt and pepper and close the lid for 5 minutes.

    Now add half of the spinach and close the lid for another 5 minutes.

    Open the lid and let the water evaporate

    In a bowl add eggs, milk, salt, pepper nutmeg and Parmesan.

    Now on the pie crust add the remaining spinach.

    Then add the mushroom mixture.

    Now add the mixed grated cheese.

    Full this with the egg mixture.
