- 2 cup rice
- 4 cup boiling water
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 chopped parsley (to taste)
- 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Place the rice in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

3Add the salt and boiling water.

4Stir, cover, and bake the rice for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the rice is tender.

5Stir in the butter and chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
