  • 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 1 Small White Onion, Chopped
  • 1-1/2 cup Frozen Peas And Carrots
  • 3 Eggs, Beaten
  • 3 cups Cooked White Rice (calrose Works Best)
  • 2-1/2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2-1/2 Tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Green Onions

    In a large saucepan or wok on medium heat add sesame oil and onion. Fry for 3 - 4 minutes, then add the peas and carrots. Push veggies to the side of the pan and quickly add and scramble the eggs. Once eggs are cooked, mix the eggs and vegetables together and add rice. Pour the soy and teriyaki sauce over the top and stir and fry the rice until heated through. Add green onions as garnish if desired.
