  • 1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten with whisk
  • 3/4 c. dark corn syrup
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted

    Spread pecans on bottom of pie shell.

    Combine all remaining ingredients; pour over pecans and bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes or until firm.
