  • 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin or top round steak (3/4 inch thick)
  • 2 medium green or red peppers
  • 1 medium onion, cut in wedges
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can Franco-American beef gravy
  • 4 c. cooked rice
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Slice beef into very thin strips in skillet over medium heat in 1 tablespoon oil.

    Brown beef; remove from stove.

    Add pepper, onion and garlic powder.

    Cook over medium heat until tender-crisp. Add gravy and Worcestershire sauce.

    Return beef to pan; heat. Serve over rice.
