- 150 grams Pork
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 tbsp Grated ginger
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 dash less than 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 200 ml Water
- 2 Soft poached egg (or raw)
Directions

1Heat oil in a frying pan on a low heat and fry the ginger.

2Once it is aromatic, add the onions and saute.

3After the onion has wilted, add the pork.

4Fry until golden brown over medium heat.

5When it has become golden brown, pour in the water and bring to a boil.
