  • 150 grams Pork
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 tbsp Grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 dash less than 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 200 ml Water
  • 2 Soft poached egg (or raw)

Directions

    Heat oil in a frying pan on a low heat and fry the ginger.

    Once it is aromatic, add the onions and saute.

    After the onion has wilted, add the pork.

    Fry until golden brown over medium heat.

    When it has become golden brown, pour in the water and bring to a boil.

    After it starts to boil, add the ingredients and simmer a little longer.
