  • 16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables bag of
  • 1 cup cut up cooked turkey or chicken
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Bisquick(R) mix [or other biscuit/baking mix]
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Mix vegetables, turkey/chicken, pepper, and soup in an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Set aside.

    In a small bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended.

    Pour over turkey/chicken and vegetable mixture.

    Bake about 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
