- 3 to 4 lb. first cut brisket
- 1 can whole cranberries
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
Directions

1Put brisket in baking pan.

2Cover with cranberries, then onion soup mix.

3Cover tightly with foil or pan cover.

4Bake at 350° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

5Slice when cool and return to pan.

6Add water to pan, if necessary, to thin gravy.

7Reheat in gravy.
