Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 whole Yellow Onion
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder (or More If You Like)
  • 2 cans Tomato Soup
  • 2 cans 15.5 Ounces Dark Red Kidney Beans, Rinsed And Drained
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese (optional)

Directions

    Chop up 1/2 of a yellow onion and saute it in a skillet with ground beef over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is translucent.

    Add water, vinegar and chili powder and mix well.

    Add the tomato soup and rinsed kidney beans.

    Stir.

    Simmer over medium heat for 30 min.

    Top individual servings with grated cheese to taste.
