Easy Rectangular Onigiri

Ingredients
- 1 Milk carton
- 1 Scissors
- 25 cm x 15-20 cm pieces, 1 per onigiri Plastic wrap
- 350 grams Hot cooked rice
- 1 Salt
- 1 Nori seaweed
- 1 Anything you like
- 1 E.g. Salmon furikake
- 1 Nori seaweed, sliced cheese, etc.
Directions

1Cut the milk carton about 3 cm from the bottom.

2Open up the carton and cut 3 cm from the bottom of the remainder.

3Cut the carton into pieces as shown here.

4Fold the carton like so, with one fold going one way and the other fold going the other way.

5Fit the piece into the cut off bottom of the carton.

6Cover each section with plastic wrap.

7Mix furikake or other ingredients into the rice, and put a mound of rice into each compartment.

8Wrap the rice with plastic wrap.

9Press down gently or firmly.

10Done!

11Optionally wrap the onigiri with nori seaweed or stick it on, or add sliced cheese and so on.
