- 1 salmon fillet (wild caught)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp mustard

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2If frozen, thaw out the salmon fillet by placing it in the refrigerator the day before.

3Or, use the defrost option on the microwave, which takes about 15 minutes.

4In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, mustard, and garlic with a basting brush.

5On a greased cookie sheet, place the thawed out or fresh salmon.

6Spread the bowl mixture onto the salmon using the basting brush.

7Place salmon in oven for 30 minutes or until the fillet reaches an internal temperature of 145F.

8That is if you want the salmon well done.
