- 16 ounces salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- pepper
- MEDIUM WHITE SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

1Mix all loaf ingredients together.

3Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

4Top with white sauce.

6Melt margarine in heavy saucepan.
