- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 2 c. very warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Put yeast in water.

2Melt margarine and cream with sugar.

3Add beaten egg.

4Pour in with yeast.

5Add flour and stir until well mixed.

6Put dough in bowl that can be tightly closed.

7Store in refrigerator to cook; drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin tins and bake at 350°.

8Dough keeps several days in refrigerator in a tightly closed bowl.

9Rolls can be baked as soon as dough is mixed.
