  • 6 slice Cabbage
  • 1 bag Bean sprouts
  • 1 small Carrot
  • 1 bundle Chinese chives
  • 4 slice Salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Miso
  • 2 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Grated garlic
  • 1 Doubanjiang

    Cut the salmon fillets into large pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Cut the vegetables in easy to eat sized pieces.

    Combine with the sauce.

    Put a tablespoon of butter in a hot frying pan and quickly cook the salmon.

    Remove from pan once they're cooked through and transfer to a plate.

    Put the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in the pan and add the vegetables.

    Stir-fry while constantly stirring.

    Pour in the sauce, and put the cooked salmon on top of the vegetables.

    Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

    Check occasionally that the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
