  • 1 qt. crunchy dills
  • 1 c. plus 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. water
  • 6 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pickling spices

Directions

    Drain pickles. Rinse and slice into halves. Cover with hot water and let set overnight.

    Drain.

    Pack in jars.

    Combine and bring to rolling boil the sugar, water, vinegar and spices.

    Pour over pickles.
