- 130 grams Warabi mochiko
- 45 grams Sugar
- 520 ml Water
- 1 Kinako
Directions

1Combine warabi mochiko, water, and sugar, then mix well.

2Turn on the heat to medium, and keep stirring until the mixture becomes transparent.

3Spread on a tray, and cool.

4Cut into pieces, coat with kinako, and it's done.

5Add sugar to the kinako if you like.

6You can also transfer the cooked warabi mochi into cold water after cooking to harden.

7I used blend beet sugar, so the finish is brown.
