- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. melted margarine
- 1 egg
Directions

1Mix together yeast and water and set aside.

2Mix the remaining ingredients, then mix in yeast and water.

3Make this mixture at least 24 hours before using.

4Put in a sealed bowl in refrigerator. This will keep about 1 week, but best if used within the first 4 days.

5When ready to use, grease muffin tins and spoon in mixture about 3/4 full.

6Bake at 425° until done or test with toothpick.
