- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan over low heat; blend in flour, then add milk slowly, stirring to keep smooth.

2Cook and stir until sauce thickens and boils.

3Stir some of hot sauce into egg yolks, then return to pan, stirring until smooth.
