- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. melted shortening
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Mix all ingredients together.

3Spoon into a well-greased muffin pan.

4Bake at 500° until done.

5This mixture will keep in covered dish in the refrigerator for 1 week. If stored in refrigerator, be sure to mix well before putting in muffin pans.
