- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, melted and cooled
- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 3/4 c. Crisco
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Mix yeast and lukewarm water together.

2Mix butter or margarine, flour, Crisco, egg and sugar together.

3Mix all ingredients together and spoon into greased muffin tins.

4Bake for 20 minutes at 425°.

5Will keep in the refrigerator for a week or two.
