- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. Wesson oil
- 2 c. warm water
Directions

1Mix flour, yeast and sugar; beat in water, oil and egg.

2Cover bowl; refrigerate until ready to bake.

3Grease muffin tins and fill 2/3 full.

4Bake at 425° for about 20 to 25 minutes.

5Does not have to rise before baking.

6Will keep in refrigerator 3 to 4 days.
