Ingredients
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. honey or molasses
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 7 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Gently stir water, yeast and honey together to dissolve.

2Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.

3Add the salt and yogurt, mixing thoroughly.

4Gradually stir in the flour with a heavy spoon.

5Turn out on floured board and knead for 5 minutes.

6Slice the dough in two and place in 2 greased loaf pans.

7Let rise about 45 minutes and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
