  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) oleo
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • Chocolate frosting

    Preheat oven to 400°. Put water and margarine in sauce pan. Bring to boil and lower heat. Add flour and salt. Stir over low heat until dough leaves side of pan; remove from heat. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth. Place spoonfuls of dough on a cookie sheet and spread to form a 7-inch circle. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes; turn off oven and let pie shell stay in oven for 15 minutes. Combine pudding and milk in a mixing bowl. Place pudding in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Blend whipped cream, sugar and vanilla into chilled pudding. Slice the pie shell in half horizontally to
