  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon basil (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon parsley (to taste)
  • 13 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
