  • 1 pound Frozen Edamame
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Salt, Kosher

Directions

    Prepare the edamame according to package directions.

    Separate into 3 equal portions and prepare as follows.

    To make it spicy: Drizzle one portion with chili oil and toss with red pepper flakes.

    To make it sweet: Drizzle another portion with honey and a pinch of salt

    To make it salty: Toss the final portion with butter and remaining salt

    Serve warm and remember to only eat the bean inside the pod and discard the outer shell.
