- meat tenderizer
- dry onion soup mix
Directions

1Put roast and veggies in large pot.

2Tenderize meat.

3Mix 1 cup of water with soup mix.

4Pour over meat and veggies.

5Shake Nature's Seasons over everything.

6Cover tightly with foil.

7Cook in oven at 300° for 3 hours.
