  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • Morton Nature's Seasons
  • 1 turnip
  • 4 to 5 potatoes
  • meat tenderizer
  • dry onion soup mix

Directions

    Put roast and veggies in large pot.

    Tenderize meat.

    Mix 1 cup of water with soup mix.

    Pour over meat and veggies.

    Shake Nature's Seasons over everything.

    Cover tightly with foil.

    Cook in oven at 300° for 3 hours.

    Baste occasionally.
