- 1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 1/4 c. chopped pimiento
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1In a frying pan, cook mushrooms in butter until lightly browned.

2Blend in soup.

3Slice eggs lengthwise into quarters. Add eggs, pimiento and parsley to mixture, stirring gently.

4Cook until heated.
