- 6 eggs
- 1 yeast cake
- 1 tsp. lemon peel
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. orange peel
- 1 tsp. orange flavoring
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Beat eggs.

2Add sugar and beat. Add cooled butter and beat. Add yeast dissolved in 1 cup warm water.

3Add flavoring and orange peel.

4Add flour, one cup at a time.

5Knead. Cover and let rise until double in size.

6Bake at 325° on third shelf until golden in color, about 25 minutes.
