  • 2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
  • 1 lb. pork sausage, browned
  • 12 oz. shredded Cheddar or Longhorn cheese
  • 9 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    The night before, butter 9 x 13-inch pan and layer first 3 ingredients.

    Beat eggs, milk and mustard, then pour over first 3 ingredients.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Uncover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
