  • 5 slices day-old bread, cubed
  • 5 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. sausage, browned, drained and crumbled
  • 5 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Mix milk, salt and dry mustard together and add to the eggs. Put bread in greased 9 x 12-inch pan.

    Add cheese and sausage in layers.

    Pour egg mixture over the top and let set in refrigerator overnight.

    Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
