- 5 slices day-old bread, cubed
- 5 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. sausage, browned, drained and crumbled
- 5 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Mix milk, salt and dry mustard together and add to the eggs. Put bread in greased 9 x 12-inch pan.

2Add cheese and sausage in layers.

3Pour egg mixture over the top and let set in refrigerator overnight.

4Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
