- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 (8 oz.) jar picante sauce
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
Directions

1Brown sausage.

2Drain off fat.

3Add picante sauce and stir. Add eggs, one at a time, and scramble.

4Cook until all eggs are scrambled.

5Spoon into tortilla shell and roll.

6Wrap each shell in foil.

7Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

8May add crumbled bacon or ham or Cheddar cheese or may eliminate eggs or sausage.
