- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup ham, cubed
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- Dash pepper
Directions

1Combine in 13x9x2 baking dish, croutons, cheese, and ham. Beat together the eggs and mustard. Add in the milk, salt, onion powder, and pepper; mix well. Pour over crouton mixture. Bake at 325° until eggs are set, about 55-60 minutes. Test by inserting knife in center (should come out clean).
