- 1 1/2 lb. scallops, washed, dried and cleaned
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. cooking sherry
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed
- lemon wedges
Directions

1Melt butter and saute scallops for 5 to 6 minutes.

2Turn scallops and add lemon juice, soy sauce, sherry and dill.

3Cook covered over low heat for 10 minutes.

4Remove scallops and cook down sauce until thickened.

5Pour over scallops.

6Serve in warm dishes with lemon wedges.
