  • 1 1/2 lb. scallops, washed, dried and cleaned
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. cooking sherry
  • 1 Tbsp. dill weed
  • lemon wedges

Directions

    Melt butter and saute scallops for 5 to 6 minutes.

    Turn scallops and add lemon juice, soy sauce, sherry and dill.

    Cook covered over low heat for 10 minutes.

    Remove scallops and cook down sauce until thickened.

    Pour over scallops.

    Serve in warm dishes with lemon wedges.
