  • 1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1 lb. sausage, browned and crumbled
  • 6 slices bread, cubed
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Drain grease from bacon and sausage. Beat eggs and milk together. Layer bread, sausage, bacon and half of egg mixture in a 9 x 13 pan. Repeat second layer. Place grated cheese on top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350°.
