  • 18 eggs, beaten
  • 3 lb. sausage (mild or hot), cooked and crumbled
  • 3 c. grated cheese
  • 18 slices bread, crust removed and torn into pieces
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. dried mustard
  • 6 c. milk

Directions
