- 1 pound Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pound Monterey Jack Cheese
- 4 ounces, weight Green Chiles
- 5 whole Eggs
Directions

1-Butter a 13 x 9 baking dish.

2-Shred cheeses and mix together.

3-Place cheeses in pan and pat down evenly.

4-Blend chiles to mush, and spread over cheeses.

5-Beat eggs and pour over cheeses.

6-Let sit overnight, or at least 1 hour.

7-Bake at 300 degrees for 45-55 minutes, until it is set and no longer jiggly in the center.

8-Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
