- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. milk, scalded
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry
Directions

1Thoroughly mix eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla.

2Slowly stir in milk.

3Pour into unbaked pie shell.

4Dash top with nutmeg.

5Bake in a very hot oven at 475° for 5 minutes.

6Reduce heat to 425° and bake 10 minutes or until set.
