- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar or 1 c.
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- sprinkle of nutmeg (on top of custard)
- unbaked pie crust
Directions

1Beat eggs and sugar well.

2Pour milk into sugar and eggs.

3Add flavor.

4Melt the butter; add to mixture.

5Pour into pie crust; sprinkle nutmeg on top of custard.

6Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until custard will be shaky but will be firm when it cools.
