  • 1 c. Minute rice, cooked
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 c. milk
  • nutmeg
  • cinnamon

Directions

    Beat eggs, vanilla and sugar.

    Stir in rice and milk until well mixed.

    Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish.

    Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
