  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Beat eggs well. Add salt, melted butter and sugar.

    Beat well. Add milk.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 7 minutes at 425°, then bake 30 minutes at 300°.
