- 3 tsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 tsp. butter
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly, then beat sugar and flour.

2Add melted butter, milk and nutmeg.

3Pour into an unbaked pie shell.

4Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

5Reduce heat to 300°.

6Bake until filling is firm.
