Ingredients

  • 1 lb. light brown sugar
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. plain flour

Directions

    Cream the sugar and margarine. Add salt, vanilla, eggs, flour and pecans.

    Stir well and pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Cook at 450° for 10 minutes and then at 350° for 25 minutes or until pie slightly shakes in center.
